Italian pasta - with zucchini and carve

Start with a sauce-pan with a thick bottom.
- 10 toes of garlic
- Laurel powder
- Oregano
- 2 onions
- Carrot in cubes
Fry up ingredients and then add
- Jar of tomato-saus (if we have it)
- 10 tomatoes, finely cut
- Salt
- Peper
Cook for a while without the lid to let the sauce thicken.
- Add 1 cup of dry Carve which can suck up more liquid
Boil Spaghetti
Zucchini salad
- 5 zucchini's cut length-wise
- Bake on both sides in dry very hot pan with thick bottom. (Or over a wood fire)
- Add salt and pepper only after frying.
