Indonesian curry - coconut milk, carrots & beans, satay, atjar and rice

Start with the sweet-sour salad:
- Cut into small pieces:
o 2 Cucumbers
o 1 carrot
o 1 red paprika
o Part of a white cabbage
- Mix vinigar with curcuma, sugar and salt. Heat up to dissolve everything.
- Add the mixture to the veggies in a glas jar and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Make rice
Get a big frying pan and add:
- Lots of lemon grass, cut into pieces of about 5 cm (you need to be able to remove them later)
- 2 tablespoons curcuma
- 2 tablespoons curry
- 10 toes of garlic
When spices are mixed, add:
- 1 litre of coconut milk
- 500 gram Green beans
- 500 grams Carrot
- Let stew
Make satay-sauce:
- Fry up peanuts
- Add to the blender with soy sauce and garlic
- Add salt and pepper to taste
