Dutch Carrot-Potato-mash with Carve in gravy

Get a big pot and add equal amounts of:

-        Carrot

-        Potato in peel

Add water and a few stock cubes and bring to a boil


Get a frying pan and add:

-        BBQ sauce

-        Paprika powder

-        Laurel

-        Lots of onion (equal amount to carrots)

-        Cloves

-        Flower to bind the gravy

-        Add carve and mix it all together


When veggies are soft:

-        Remove excess water, then mash.


Fresh salad:

-        Any crunchy salad like red or white cabbage or lettuce.

-        Dress with a mixture of mustard and balasmic vinigar.
