Colombian rice, re-fried beans and patacones with tomato salad

Cook beans and fry them again, mushing them.

-        Pre-cooked beans

-        Garlic

-        Cumin


Cook rice with lime zest

-        Lime peel, only the green

-        Cube of broth


Tomato salad

-        5 tomatoes

-        Onion finely chopped

-        Lots of lemon juice (may be sour)

-        If available add avocado in cubes


Patacones

-        5 green platanos, cut once lengthwise and once over the width

-        Fry them in oil in a pan with a thick bottom. Take them out and squach them flat.

-        Fry them a second time

-        Let them leak out and add salt


Serve with rice or arepa’s
